kNgV- edges closer to MIBR as US visa is approved
Vito "kNgV-" Giuseppe has announced that his United States visa application has been approved, which sees the player take a pivotal step towards his reported deal with MIBR.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a potential move to MIBR following Marcelo "coldzera" David's exit from the active roster, with Dexerto having reported on the organization's intent to sign the INTZ star.
kNgV-'s long on-going issues with American visa applications had been the primary problem that could have compromised such a deal. Now, the Brazilian takes an important step towards joining Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo's side, with Mais Esports adding that the player has been granted a P1, a special visa exclusively for athletes.
Should the AWPer finalize his move to MIBR, it would be his second stint with the Immortals organization, whom he represented for nearly four months in mid-2017 and helped them place second at PGL Major Krakow, before getting let go in the aftermath of a public threat towards Pujan "FNS" Mehta.
According to the aforementioned report from before his visa was approved, kNgV- is expected to join the squad after the StarLadder Major, where MIBR will be using coach Wilton "zews" Prado for the third tournament in a row, and for which kNgV- qualified with INTZ.
With the 26-year-old's addition, MIBR's lineup would look as follows:
Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
Fernando "fer" Alvarenga
Epitacio "TACO" de Melo
Lucas "LUCAS1" Teles
Vito "kNgV-" Giuseppe
