x6tence unveil new team
x6tence have announced that they have put together an Argentinian Counter-Strike team as they hope to compete at the top once again.
The team is led by Jonathan "JonY BoY" Muñoz, who has been on x6tence's books since March 2018, when he moved to Spain to continue his career after growing unhappy at the lack of opportunities in his country.
In this new project, the 27-year-old is reunited with his former teammates Tomás "tomi" Guardia and Matias "tutehen" Canale. The trio were part of the Argentina squad that placed second at the World Championship 2016 and also competed together in North America under Miami Flamingos and Gale Force.
They will be joined by another well-known Argentinian player, Nicolas "NikoM" Miozzi, who returns to activity after a six-month period away from action following his departure from Brazilian side TeamOne. Morís "OMG" Marquez-Cid, formerly of Arctic and EXILE, rounds out the roster, which will be coached by Rafael "FeldmaN" Barroso, a former member of Spanish top teams like Ledpc, x6tence and bet4gamers.
"This really is a unique opportunity to represent both x6tence and Argentina in the best possible way."
