Movistar Riders and Aristocracy invited to United Masters League Phase 1; CR4ZY and Heroic to Phase 2

United Masters League Season 2 have revealed their first invites, Movistar Riders and Aristocracy for Phase 1, and CR4ZY and Heroic for Phase 2.

The second season of United Masters League, which will be played online with $150,000 in prizes, will feature three different phases. The first one will be a four-week GSL qualifier with $15,000 on the line that will see eight teams split into two groups every week, with two teams going to the next stage and the other six playing the following week with two new challengers to take over the qualified teams' spots.

CR4ZY return after winning the first season

The two first teams invited to Phase 1 are Movistar Riders from Spain and Aristocracy from Poland, who will compete to be two of the eight teams that will make it on to Phase 2, where Heroic and CR4ZY will be waiting.

Phase 2 will be a 16-team Swiss group stage that will have eight invited teams joining the top eight from Phase 1, with all matches being best-of-three and played out over five weeks ahead of the final stage, the playoffs, where the winner will take the $50,000 lion's share of the prize pool.

CR4ZY are invited as the reigning champions, although rumors currently put two of their star players, Nemanja "nexa" Isaković and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač, in the orbit of G2. The other Phase 2 team invited will be Heroic, who recently brought Johannes "b0RUP" Borup and Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer into their lineup.

You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Giants have been better on lan than movistar, beating them for example at blast madrid and now that both teams have undergone roster changes, i believe movistar is much weaker without mixwell. On the other hand, Giants have shown promise with the new lineup since day 1, stating that the team is evolving super quickly and they're really enjoying their training. The first qualifier they played wasn't too bad either. They only lost on the quarterfinals on the first bo3 and considering how much time they've spent together, there's A LOT of room for improvement. Trust me, Giants are not only better than movistar, but they will also become much better than they were before.
