IEM Beijing viewer's guide

With IEM Beijing set to start soon, we bring you an overview of the tournament and the most important information about it from a viewer's perspective.

The $250,000 tournament in China will take place on November 7-10th, with eight teams, including the current top two in the world, set to fight for the title. Aside from the prize money, IEM Beijing will also award a point towards the Intel Grand Slam Season 3 title where Evil Geniuses, fnatic, and Liquid are currently tied with one point each.

ENCE are back in action after a month-long break

The team list for the event originally featured mousesports and Liquid, but the former squad was unable to attend the event due to visa issues, while the latter decided to pull out, citing a dense schedule.

The eight competing teams are split into two BO3 GSL groups, from which four teams will advance to the single-elimination playoffs:

The schedule sees the group stage played over the first two days, with the playoffs taking place on Saturday and Sunday in front of a crowd at the Beijing University Students' Gymnasium.

Is It good to watch Gaulês stream? I understand a little bit portuguese and sometimes he looks like a retard. 100x the word MANO in a minute.
2019-11-05 11:23
If you want to watch something serious no, but if you want fun yes
2019-11-05 11:33
Why the hell someone would repeat MANO so many times? It looks like a completely retard dude (100% fool). But sometimes I like his energy streaming.

2019-11-05 12:42
it's normal, he doesn't cast propally, i mean professional as possible, he is with his friends talking about the game and other retarded things so its normal that his language vicious, slungs and things like that appear 'cause is an informal stream. i don't recommend if you only like professional work line.
2019-11-05 14:02
Gaules is a smart guy cuz he talks the language of people. But for who is educated, its a horror.

Aleksib was making them work harder and was pushing them. Ence players are lazy so no wonder they kicked him

Im literally able to see 10% of these matches.
2019-11-05 15:11
Faze coming off a win at Blast, Astralis under performed, Ence been having troubles, 100T first tournament, Tyloo only have Bentet, Vici will mostly struggle but can cause a upset, Vitality need everyone to show up and not just Zywoo, EG number 1 team in the world at the moment, it should be a interesting tournament
2019-11-05 15:20
I see 5 teams that have the potential to take first place. It’s a toss up.
2019-11-05 15:50
I only see 2 I dont know how you see 5. They are Tyloo and ViCi. Seriously: I think FaZe Astralis EG. Any of these 3 performs can easily slay all others. So not even a chance for100t and ENCE if any of these 3 goes well.

so you are saying china team makes it final or something because that is only way 2 teams can pass them, their lead vs 16th place is way too good, it is not so quick for them to drop out of top 15 thanks to old results sadly :(
