SMASH unveil new roster
One month after releasing their former lineup, which then joined GODSENT, SMASH have announced their new roster.
SMASH make their return to CS:GO after a short one-month stint on the sidelines, with the organisation having locked down a European roster for their re-entry into the competitive landscape.
The new lineup sees some players reunited after playing with each other in previous teams. The Swedish duo of Denis "grux" Gutaj and Joakim "disco doplan" Gidetun, who played together in Ancient, pull on the SMASH team colours, with the 20-year-old also reuniting with Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov after briefly competing alongside the Bulgarian in ex-Windigo.
The roster is rounded out by Sebastian "NEEX" Trela, who joins from Polish side Izako Boars, and Kristjan "fejtZ" Allsaar, who was last seen making a stand-in appearance for Yalla at the eXTREMESLAND Asia Finals.
With the current season heading into its final few tournaments, it is likely the new SMASH lineup will not be seen in action until early in the new year.
The new SMASH lineup is as follows:
Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov
Denis "grux" Gutaj
Joakim "disco doplan" Gidetun
Sebastian "NEEX" Trela
Kristjan "fejtZ" Allsaar
Anton "ToH1o" Georgiev (coach)
