GuardiaN to step in for Dignitas in Flashpoint

Due to visa issues, Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács will stand in for Håkon "⁠hallzerk⁠" Fjærli in Flashpoint, Dignitas has announced.

The Slovakian veteran has been loaned out to Dignitas by Natus Vincere and is set to play with the Swedish squad in the upcoming Flashpoint's first edition until hallzerk is able to sort out his visa.

Albeit temporary, the loss of the Norwegian youngster comes as a blow to Dignitas ahead of their LAN debut. The 19-year-old has so far been their star performer, averaging a 1.24 rating over the course of the team's successful campaign in the qualifying process for the Europe Minor.

GuardiaN will be back in action in a temporary stint with Dignitas

Before getting this opportunity to get back on the server, GuardiaN had been sitting on Na`Vi's bench since late January. He was replaced on the CIS team by Ilya "⁠Perfecto⁠" Zalutskiy after just four months following a series of mixed results, which saw the AWPer struggle with individual form.

Dignitas' lineup for Flashpoint, which will kick off on March 13, looks as follows for the time being:

honestly pretty exciting. just like GeT_RiGhT did in nip, GuardiaN was definitely pressured by navi to perform at the highest level and had a hard time as a result. now that he doesnt have pressure to perform and is playing vs lower tier opposition, maybe he can have a resurgence to solid form like GeT_RiGhT has, albeit again, vs lesser opposition. i do hope tho that we get to see 2015 GuardiaN one last time and dignitas shits on everyone, especially m16r and ence lions
