nukkye open to new challenge as he rules out HellRaisers stay
In a Twitlonger post, the Lithuanian player explained that he doesn't wish to be involved in the new CIS-based squad that HellRaisers are building as he doesn't feel comfortable playing for a Russian-speaking team due to his insufficient command of the language.
The 22-year-old was moved to the bench earlier on Thursday alongside Vadim "Flarich" Karetin and Ivan "AiyvaN" Semenets as HellRaisers look to rebuild the team after a series of disappointing results. The organisation also parted ways with Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow and Igor "crush" Shevchenko, ending a six-year association with the Ukrainian veteran.
nukkye, who added that he wishes to stay in Europe until the coronavirus crisis is over, has been on HellRaisers' books since April 2019, when he was signed as a replacement for Abay "Hobbit" Khasenov. He averaged a 1.05 LAN rating while with the team, most notably attending the StarLadder Major and the ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals.
