Secret have benched Filip "⁠tudsoN⁠" Tudev as the Polish player wants to return to AWPing.

tudsoN, one of the original m1x players signed by Secret late last year, has become the second player from that original roster to part ways with the team after Rigon "⁠rigoN⁠" Gashi was benched in January.

Secret has declared tudsoN transferable

The decision to change tudsoN comes after both team and player agreed to part ways, according to team manager Sam "⁠SamE⁠" Ellis, who cites tudsoN's desire to retake AWPing duties—a role currently held by Guy "⁠anarkez⁠" Trachtman in Secret.

Currently playing in tudsoN's place is countryman Karol "⁠rallen⁠" Rodowicz, who is in the server with Secret in their Home Sweet Home Cup 4 matches. The 25-year-old Pole has been without a steady team since the dissolution of ARCY in January and was last seen standing in for c0ntact in Flashpoint's opening season.

I understood why Polish payers left for international projects, but considering how the scene looks right now, when there are online play and limited qualifiers I would say it would be better for the FA polish players to restart a project similar to the Arcy project, and go to ESEA Poland (EPL PL?)

In Poland we have maybe 4/5 good igl, this is the main reason why Poland didnt have good team in top 30, we have good aimstars, snipers but no igls

Because Percy is the IGL, Sherlock. And Percy have done a pretty good job so far with Secret. Secret just need a solid AWPer, maybe Smooya, but that depends on if Smooya gets offers from other orgs or not. I could see Smooya fit in at Godsent instead of Maikelele etc.

Smooya or Oskar should join Godsent instead of Maikelele, I can agree to that. But Anarkez is a great awper. DIdn't know percy was the IGL, but if that's the case I don't think he's doin a good job with what players he's working with and their previous results.

Percy have been in Secret for 2 months, first as a trial then now 1 month as a signed player. March 2020 Team Secret was ranked #192 in the world, May 2020 they are ranked #49 in the world, they have been #45 as well. So clearly Percy is doing a solid job.

I respect your statistics, but I think u forget that these "smaller" teams has got sooo few (if any) officials since the corona-outbreak which means that most teams from top50-100 falls off the ranking while the teams that has got officials climbs with like just 1 win against some (in normal cases) irrelevant team. The situation is pretty wierd atm. I look at it from the perspective below when I make my statement: -What type of teams did they beat or lose to before -What type of teams do they beat or lose to now Clearly they had huuuge potential back when rigoN was in the lineup (m1x) and by above mentioned they are so much worse now. Time will tell I guess.

Good decision. He was playing really bad. But for me there is still more players to bench in this roster. And rallen is a good choice for replacement.

After look at it (back to MDL EU season 32), the former players from Phoenix (Surreal, Crucial, Thomas, juanflatroo and nkay) or Japaleno. These 2 teams are not S-tier team but they are for sure A-Tier.
