Snappi set to join c0ntact
Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer is close to signing with c0ntact after the organization reached a deal to buy the Dane out from TIGER, HLTV.org has learned.
The Danish in-game leader was originally set to play for TIGER alongside Owen "smooya" Butterfield after being bought out of his contract with Heroic in May, but a surprising turn of events saw the Chinese organisation give the team a vote of confidence after a series of impressive results in regional tournaments, including ESL One: Road to Rio.
The U-turn left Snappi on the Asian team's bench, but he was quickly back in action as he joined Astralis to stand in for Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth.

It's unclear who Snappi will replace in c0ntact should his transfer come to completion. Recent performances point to one of the two Serbian members, Luka "emi" Vuković and Nestor "LETN1" Tanić, who have averaged 0.92 and 0.89 ratings with c0ntact.
HLTV.org knows that c0ntact will include Snappi in the line-up that will be submitted for cs_summit 6, the second Regional Major Ranking (RMR) tournament in Europe, which is slated to start on June 24. The Dane will end his sojourn with Astralis on June 14 at the latest after the team declined an invitation to compete in cs_summit to avoid being punished in the RMR rankings for temporarily moving Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander and Xyp9x out of the starting line-up.
The European side has been playing with the current roster since October, when the team — at the time representing CR4ZY — lost Nemanja "nexa" Isaković and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač to G2 and brought in Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov, while emi transitioned from coaching to a playing role. The team has been unable to live up to past glories since then, dropping out of the top 30 in the rankings following disappointing results at Flashpoint 1 and ESL One: Road to Rio - Europe.
c0ntact's lineup will look as follows:
Nestor "LETN1" Tanić
Luka "emi" Vuković
Rokas "EspiranTo" Milasauskas
Otto "ottoNd" Sihvo
Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov
Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
Neil "NeiL_M" Murphy (coach)
Daniel "djL" Narancic (coach)
