Real Betis announce new lineup with former Tikitakan duo Djury and aybeN
Real Betis has gone international with the signing of a Swedish core and British 17-year-old Cai "CYPHER" Watson.
Real Betis is the lastest organization from Spain to move away from a Spanish core and pick up a foreign or international roster, following in the steps of Heretics, Giants/x6tence, MAD Lions and Movistar Riders, who recently brought on Kristjan "shokz" Jakobson and Sebastian "larsen" Larsen in lieu of Rajohn "EasTor" Linato and Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran.

Two thirds of the Swedish core signed by Real Betis is the duo comprised of in-game leader Sead "Djury" Jahovic and Jovan "aybeN" Mucibabic, who were part of the Tikitakan team that made it to the ESEA Season 34 Europe Relegations and beat the likes of Syman (now known as K23) and Hard Legion in the Eden Arena Malta Vibes tournament series.
Joining the Tikitakan players are AWPer Aleksandar "jayzaR" Zarkovic, who most notably spent time in fnatic Academy and Valiance between 2016 and 2018, and CYPHER, a youngster from the UK that was a part of the CeX roster that played the ESEA MDL Season 34 Climber Cup and made it to the MDL Europe Relegations. The two played several Nine to Five matches together this Summer with a British team by the name of Orgles5.
Real Betis is yet to announce a fifth and last player, although it is expected it will happen before the team starts to compete in the upcoming ESEA Advanced season. This leaves the door open for David "Kairi" de Miguel's exit, the only remaining player from the organization's last lineup, who is currently on the bench and would join the free agent market once the Andalusian organization rounds out its roster.
Real Betis are currently:
Sead "Djury" Jahovic
Jovan "aybeN" Mucibabic
Aleksandar "jayzaR" Zarkovic
Cai "CYPHER" Watson
Pablo "pulga" Fernández (coach)
David "Kairi" de Miguel (benched)
