HONORIS part ways with STOMP
The Polish AWPer will hold off on making a decision about his future and doesn't rule out the possibility of playing for an international team.
HONORIS are down to four players after releasing Daniel "STOMP" Płomiński from the active roster, the Polish organisation announced on Thursday. The 25-year-old joined HONORIS in May after spending three months on Illuminar's bench and averaged a 1.10 rating while playing for the team, headlined by veterans Filip "NEO" Kubski and Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas.
But despite his best efforts, HONORIS were unable to click and failed to achieve any worthy event placements, even failing to qualify for the ESL Polish Championship after losing to Gaminate in the closed qualifier.
"We played together for almost half a year and unfortunately it didn't work out, continuing this journey didn't make any sense to me," STOMP told HLTV.org. "We tried different solutions but the outcome was always the same. For me, it was a new experience and of course, I wish them luck in the future. It's time to move on, let's see what the future brings. Right now, I'll focus more on streaming part and self-development until I receive an interesting offer.
"I'm hungry to win like never before. I won't give up and I'll be looking for an interesting project. There are still many things to achieve and I'm more than sure that I can bring a lot of quality to a team, either in Poland or as part of an international team."
