Complexity to sign jks - Report
The Australian star is reportedly on the brink of completing a move to the 'Juggernaut'.
Complexity are closing in on the signing of 100 Thieves star Justin "jks" Savage, according to a report by DBLTAP. The Australian hot-shot will fill the slot that has been vacant since Owen "oBo" Schlatter stepped down from the roster to return to the United States.
jks has been on 100 Thieves' books since October 2019, when the organisation founded by Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag completed the signing of Renegades' lineup. He enjoyed a prolific year of 2019 while playing under both organisations and became the first-ever Australian to make HLTV.org's end-of-the-year player ranking as he was named the 15th best player of 2019.
Complexity competed in the ESL Pro League Season 12 Europe playoffs and in IEM New York with Niels-Christian "NaToSaphiX" Sillassen as a stand-in following oBo's departure. The Danish player made his final appearance for the team earlier on Friday in a 2-0 defeat to fnatic in Group A's decider match.
Shortly after the match, Complexity owner Jason Lake dropped a hint that the organisation is on the verge of unveiling a new player, saying that the team's fans will be "very happy" before Halloween.
The loss of jks, who has averaged a 1.16 rating in 2020 despite 100 Thieves' shaky form, would represent a huge blow to the Australian side. The team are currently without a coach following Chet "Chet" Singh's decision to further his career in VALORANT as a part of NRG alongside Damian "daps" Steele and Sam "s0m" Oh.
