Cloud9, mousesports among invitees to BLAST Premier Fall Showdown

The tournament will be held later this month, with two spots at the season finals on offer.

BLAST has revealed the complete invite list for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, its next event on the calendar. Cloud9, MOUZ and Virtus.pro are among the six names that were on Wednesday announced for the tournament, which will run between November 24 and 29.

With MIBR finishing in third place in the last group of the BLAST Premier Fall Series, there is now just one place undetermined in the Showdown stage. It will filled by a South American team coming out of the FiReLEAGUE Latin Power, a four-team tournament that will take place this weekend in São Paulo featuring 9z, Isurus, Loto and STMN.

Cloud9 will compete in the BLAST Premier Showdown

The BLAST Premier Fall Showdown will have $150,000 on offer in addition to two spots in the Fall Finals. The tournament will feature 16 teams, including the six sides that finished in the bottom two places in each BLAST Premier Series group and Liquid, who decided against playing the initial stage despite being one of BLAST's partner organisations.

Below you can find the complete team list for the Showdown tournament:
