NAVI qualify for BLAST Premier Global Finals

The CIS giants have amassed enough points in the BLAST leaderboard to claim the first qualification spot in the $1 million competition.

Natus Vincere have qualified for the BLAST Premier Global Finals through the tournament organiser's ranking system, HLTV.org has confirmed. The IEM Beijing-Haidian Europe runners-up join Complexity, Vitality and Evil Geniuses on the list of participants for the showpiece event, which will be held in January 2021.

NAVI become the first team to qualify through the BLAST leaderboard, a ranking system that factors in performances in a series of top events, including those hosted by rival tournament organisers.

NAVI will begin 2021 by playing the BLAST Premier Global Finals

Three of the remaining four spots in the BLAST Premier Global Finals will be determined by the leaderboard, which is currently led by G2 with a 700-plus point lead over Astralis. The last spot will go to the winner of the BLAST Premier Fall Finals, scheduled for December 8-13.

In case NAVI win the Fall Finals, they will qualify for the Global Finals through that achievement, opening up an extra leaderboard ranking place.

Below you can see how the BLAST leaderboard is looking right now:

1. Europe G2 - 5688 points
2. Denmark Astralis - 4996 points
3-4. United States Liquid - 4013 points
3-4. Brazil FURIA - 4013 points
5. Brazil MIBR - 3738 points
6. Europe FaZe - 3338 points
7. Sweden fnatic - 3238 points
8. Europe OG - 3007 points
9. Denmark Heroic - 2825 points
10. Sweden NIP - 2588 points

i feel what you are saying But look at the positive side Navi are playing pretty good vs tier 1 teams Its just long bo5 matches making them exhausted
2020-11-25 12:48
It can be forze and navi can lose BECAUSE FORZE ARE CIS AND THEY ALWAYS WATCH NAVI SO THEY CAN ANTISTRAT THEM CIS VS CIS is very different than Tier 1 cs
