oskar returns in Sinners
The former MOUZ and HellRaisers star has joined the best Czech team.
Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný has completed SINNERS' lineup following the conclusion of the Czech 2020 season, the organization announced on Tuesday. The veteran AWPer replaced Hubert "CaNNiE" Ludwig on the active roster after the 21-year-old was placed on the bench.
Ever since the organization's and team's creation at the beginning of 2020, SINNERS have been a dominant force in the Czech-Slovakian scene. They won every league and tournament they played in locally, including both splits of Tipsport COOL Liga and Sazka eLEAGUE, and most recently the final event of the year, the Vodafone Czech Championship.

With the high-profile signing, the team now sets their sights on reaching the top 30 on the international scene, where the previous roster with CaNNiE had mixed results. They reached the late stages of several qualifiers without success as of late and failed to secure a spot in ESEA MDL Season 36 after a scheduling conflict caused them to forfeit the opening round of the Advanced playoffs, followed by a loss to Lilmix in the lower bracket.
The move sees oskar return to a Czech team for the first time since 2015, when he left Fraternitas to join HellRaisers. In the last five years the now 29-year-old played exclusively for English-speaking teams, most notably for MOUZ in 2016-2019, with whom he won two Big Events and made back-to-back appearances in HLTV.org's top-20 player rankings with 16th place in 2017 and 14th place in 2018.
After returning to HellRaisers in 2019, the Czech star has largely been teamless in 2020 outside of a three-month spell with Sprout at the beginning of the year and a short tenure with selectah in September.
"I had thought I still had a place in the tier-one scene, but a year of waiting convinced me that it isn't the case," oskar told HLTV.org. "I made some fatal mistakes with my decisions in the past, whether it be quitting mousesports or not believing in the HellRaisers roster, which caused me a lot of remorse, but it also helped me find myself.
"I've been playing CS day and night hoping for a miracle, and eventually the offer from Sinners came, which I am really grateful for because I see potential in this team and I think I can share my experience with them. I want us to get to the top 30, the guys have what it takes and I want to bring a Czech team on the world stage."
SINNERS have the following five:
Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar
Sebastian "beastik" Daňo
Max "SHOCK" Kvapil
Jindřich "ZEDKO" Chyba
Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný
