HAVU sign jemi

HAVU and SJ have come to an agreement for the immediate transfer of the 21-year-old.

HAVU have signed Jemi "jemi" Mäkinen as part of their rebuilding efforts following the departures of Joonas "doto" Forss and Eetu "sAw" Saha to ENCE last month.

The 21-year-old rifler has been transferred from SJ, where he had been plying his trade since June when he and Topi "LYNXi" Kauppi were brought on to the starting lineup, taking over from Mikko "xartE" Välimaa and Toni "STOVVE" Liukkonen.

During his tenure in SJ, jemi accrued a 1.08 rating and was crucial in the team's Rainmaiker Open Season 2 title run victories over hREDS and KOVA, which he ended with a 1.28 rating.

"Today I'm truly happy to say we've signed Jemi in to our roster," says Taneli "disturbed" Veikkola, HAVU's head coach. "When we first started looking for replacements the state of Finnish CS looked a bit grim but after serious consideration we saw loads of unlocked potential in Jemi. He's young, eager and motivated to show what he can do in this roster."

HAVU still have one more spot left to fill in the starting five following the addition of jemi, and will announce the player that rounds out their roster later this month as they are not immediately bound by the calendar.

As it currently stands, HAVU's next event is FunSpark ULTI 2020, the Chinese tournament they secured a spot for through the European qualifier, which is currently scheduled for late January.

With one player left to be announced, HAVU's lineup is:

Finland Sami "xseveN" Laasanen
Finland Lasse "ZOREE" Uronen
Finland Olli "sLowi" Pitkänen
Finland Jemi "jemi" Mäkinen

Finland Taneli "disturbed" Veikkola (coach)

Team having one out of the world performance doesn't make them tier 2. edit. I bet they will never have that kind of run ever again

They were in semi finals in flashpoint 1. So they definitely have been tier 2.

You blue cross white flag people are always biased. One run doesn't make u tier 2. They had a good run and that's it. What have they achieved before/after that? Nothing.

Swedistan 60iq monkey thinks he knows something. Havu beat teams like Cloud9 and Mad lions who was solid tier 2, almost tier 1 teams. So sit the fuck down.

As i already said, they had a good RUN(one run) and that's it. And if u think the cloud9 with sonic and JT was tier 2, your knowledge on the scene probably doesn't go further than knowing ence lineup.
