Cyber Legacy drop CS:GO team
Denis "seized" Kostin and company are sticking together as a team and looking for a new organization.
Cyber Legacy has deciced to suspend the CS:GO operations while it reevaluates its future in the game, leaving the team around seized without backing, the Russian organization has announced.
seized has since taken to Twitter to state that the lineup will be sticking together and playing under the tag BEZ ZP for the time being while they search for a new organization to represent.
The current iteration of the roster has been playing together since August after the original team underwent a core change over the course of three months, with Vadim "V4D1M" Panchuk, Max "THRONE" Semenov, and Danylo "nat1ve" Bakin making way for Timur "clax" Sabirov, seized, and Stanislav "fostar" Ostashevskiy.
The latest lineup went on to peak at No. 65 in the rankings after largely regional play, most notably qualifying for IEM New York CIS. More recently, the squad advanced to the European Development Championship 1 after beating Winstrike in the semi-finals of the closed qualifier.
BEZ ZP will be among the underdogs at the main tournament, which will take place on December 7-20 and features teams like forZe, Endpoint, Illuminar, and K23.
