c0ntact open to offers for players
The organization is looking to rebuild the team for 2021 and its current players are seeking individual offers.
c0ntact have placed the entire CS:GO roster on the transfer list while the organization reevaluates its options for the upcoming year, DBLTAP have confirmed. The lineup is not expected to stick together as a whole going forward as multiple core players are looking for new teams, HLTV.org has learned.
The North American organization cited insufficient results as the reason for the move, stating that it "wants to go in a different direction and some of the core players have also expressed they wanted something new."
c0ntact entered CS:GO at the beginning of 2020 with the acquisition of the former CR4ZY roster, who were ranked 20th in the world at the time. After a couple of months of zero tournament appearances, the lineup dropped out of the top 30 and didn't manage to recover when they played their first events with little success.
The team was plagued with roster issues throughout most of their tenure under the new banner and now only features two members of the original lineup, after Nestor "LETN1" Tanić, Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov, and Luka "emi" Vuković got benched in a span of two months in the middle of the year.
Following the addition of new in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and young duo Lotan "Spinx" Giladi and Rigon "rigoN" Gashi, c0ntact continued to struggle as they failed to make it out of the group stage in the last four tournaments they attended.
The following roster is open to offers:
Neil "NeiL_M" Murphy (coach)
Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov (inactive)
