HellRaisers transfer list jR, trial anarkez
The organization has transferred in-game leadership duties to Nikolaj "kalinka" Rysakov with the addition of the Israeli AWPer.
HellRaisers have put their in-game leader and AWPer, Dmitriy "jR" Chervak, on the transfer list and are currently trialing Guy "anarkez" Trachtman, the organization has confirmed to HLTV.org.
"We realized that the roster in its current form has reached its limit, and further enhancements were needed," HellRaisers' CEO, Oleksii Slabukhin, told HLTV.org. "One of the first decisions was to transfer the duties of the captain to kalinka, the second was to see the reinforcements from the sniper."

"One of the tasks was to keep communication inside in Russian," the organization's chief went on to explain. "anarkez was a good fit in this regard and he speaks Russian. Yesterday's training showed his high level."
Mr. Slabukhin has also revealed to HLTV.org that his organization is planning to open an academy roster and that, in the future, its main lineup could feature a sixth player.
jR's time with the HellRaisers lineup ends after a nearly nine-month tenure, during which the team climbed through the ranks and ended up hovering just below the top-30 mark for the last five months as they were unable to win any tournaments apart from the open qualifiers for two Regional Major Ranking tournaments, WePlay! Clutch Island and IEM New York.
His trialed replacement, 21-year-old AWPer anarkez, last played for Secret, with whom he averaged a 1.10 rating in 2020 before the team was released and the lineup disbanded in November. He, alongside Lotan "Spinx" Giladi and Shahar "flameZ" Shushan, was featured in an HLTV.org article "How three players are changing the face of Israeli Counter-Strike" late last year.
anarkez's trial with the team has already begun as he is currently playing his debut match in the Snow Sweet Snow 1 Regionals' Group B, against Denis "seized" Kostin's Trident.
HellRaisers' roster is now the following:
Vadim "Flarich" Karetin
Nikolaj "kalinka" Rysakov
Dmitriy "ProbLeM" Martinov
Nikita "JIaYm" Panyushkin
Guy "anarkez" Trachtman (trial)
Rustam "TsaGa" Tsagolov (coach)
Dmitriy "jR" Chervak (transfer listed)
