dycha to join ENCE as part of six-man roster - Report

The Polish rifler has been on Sprout's transfer list since December.

ENCE are in talks with Sprout to secure the services of Paweł "⁠dycha⁠" Dycha, according to a report by Finnish broadcaster YLE. The Polish player will reportedly join the team alongside three other players, c0ntact duo Marco "⁠Snappi⁠" Pfeiffer and Lotan "⁠Spinx⁠" Giladi, and SJ's Tuomas "⁠SADDYX⁠" Louhimaa.

dycha has averaged a 1.13 rating since joining Sprout in January 2020, helping the team to their highest rank of 16th in September. But as results took a slide and the team failed to secure promotion to the ESL Pro League, the organisation decided to return to a full-German lineup, benching dycha and Michał "⁠snatchie⁠" Rudzki, who is part of AGO's new roster.

Dycha was one of Sprout's best players in 2020

The new quartet will link up with Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli and Joonas "⁠doto⁠" Forss, the only two players remaining in the lineup after ENCE decided to reevaluate their options. Miikka "⁠suNny⁠" Kemppi was last month moved to the bench, while Elias "⁠Jamppi⁠" Olkkonen is believed to be pondering a switch to VALORANT.

In Monday's announcement of the departure of Slaava "⁠Twista⁠" Räsänen, the team's former coach-turned-analyst, the Finnish organisation said that it will reveal its 2021 roster and plans "later this week". The team will reportedly look as follows:

This roster shouldn't even reach the top 30 if it wasnt for name value. Allus form in general is more inconsistent than woxic, and he hasn't even looked like a top 10 awper since 2019, doto and SADDYX are average players at best, and probably wont ever have a spot in T2 play, Snappi as an igl is really overrated, he isnt the worst fragging IGL at times but he isnt the best caller overall, and Spinx + Dycha wont last in this roster at all, they'll be the first to get cut when the roster doesnt perform even though they're the strongest individual players, just because they arent from a Scandinavian country. Plus, both likely will receive better offers with FPX, Mouz, FaZe, all looking to make changes, and gambling on unproven players has never been less punishing, so they'll probably get trial offers on better teams than this. ENCE with this roster is going to sit at the lower end of the top 30 just because of name value, but without that I'd be surprised if they manage to even stay in the top 50

Talking about win/loserate is quite hard to say in ENCE´s situation. If they had one player who didnt have motivation at all, and most likely they did have some chemistry issues already so of course it is affecting on the gameplay. Maybe they could have had good chance to become good competitior without any issues, but now I guess we will never know.

Actually this team could be kinda solid. But only if Saddyx is the 6th player. Finally Ence has some sort of IGL, and not only domestic players, who Allu can treat as slaves.
