k23 sign AdreN, fame
The Kazakhstani side now boasts a six-man roster with the addition of the veteran and the youngster.
K23 have signed former Virtus.pro veteran Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubayev and 17-year-old ex-SG.pro up-and-coming star Petr "fame" Bolyshev, the organization has announced. With the addition of the two new members, the Kazakhstani team now fields six players.
The organization hasn't commented on the fashion in which the six-man roster will be used, but according to a Tweet from Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov, Aydos "kade0" Khairzhan has been placed in the position of the sixth player.
AdreN had been teamless for over six months, since his departure from Virtus.pro in mid-2020. He now returns to activity under the K23 tag, which he represented in 2005-2009 in Counter-Strike: Source and in Counter-Strike 1.6, reuniting with his former Gambit and HellRaisers teammate Rustem "mou" Telepov.
