poizon returns to Complexity's active roster
The Bulgarian player is ready to get back in the server after two months on the sidelines.
Valentin "poizon" Vasilev will feature for Complexity in the BLAST Premier Spring Groups against Vitality on February 8, returning to action after missing the last two months due to health problems, the North American organisation announced on Thursday.
The 22-year-old has been on the sidelines since December, when he was moved to the bench to undergo emergency surgery not long after Complexity's quarter-final run at DreamHack Masters Winter 2020.
Complexity struggled during the AWPer's absence, finishing 7-8th at IEM Global Challenge and BLAST Premier Global Final, with Otto "ottoNd" Sihvo and Jakob "JUGi" Hansen standing in, respectively, and 11-12th at cs_summit 7, again with the Danish sniper as a substitute.
Following the BLAST Premier Spring Groups, the European squad will play the IEM Katowice Play-In, where they will go up against NIP on February 16 in their first match of the tournament's double-elimination bracket.
Complexity are now back to their regular starting five:
