NAVI open to offers for Junior trio
The new starting lineup will include players who will transition from the NAVI Youth roster.
Kirill "Gospadarov" Gospadarov, Ivan "kapacho" Koplenko, and Alexey "Topa" Topchienko have been removed from NAVI Junior and placed on the transfer list, the Ukrainian organisation announced on Tuesday.
The young trio had been part of NAVI Junior since they completed the Esports Camp organized by Natus Vincere in September 2019. They most notably helped the academy team to finish runners-up to Gambit Youngsters in Eden Arena Malta Vibes Cup 5 in August 2020.
"It is hard to say goodbye to the guys after a year and a half and everything we have gone through together," NAVI Academy coach Amiran "aMi" Rehviashvili told Natus Vincere's official website. "During this time, they have grown both game-wise and as persons. For our part, we will do our best to help them all find a new home."
The new NAVI Junior starting lineup will be a mix of players from the Junior and the Youth rosters. According to NAVI COO Alexey "xaoc" Kucherov, the organisation "will be accepting applications all year round" for both academy rosters. A dedicated website for applicants with guidelines will be launched soon.
The NAVI Academy roster currently looks as follows:
Valeriy "B1T" Vakhovskiy
Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov
Eugene "Aunkere" Karyat
Rodion "fear" Smyk
Sergey "pogor3lov" Pogoryelov
Daniil "Synyx" Mazur
Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov
Amiran "aMi" Rehviashvili (coach)
