Endpoint unveil academy roster
The British organisation has assembled its talent roster following an extensive selection process.
Endpoint revealed on Wednesday their five-man academy roster after announcing the grassroots program at the start of the year. The new team, named Endpoint ROG Academy, was put together after hundreds of applicants were whittled down to five promising talents by head coach George "Whitey" White, who brought forth the idea from his experience as a football coach.
The academy roster is part of a long-term path to pro project that is dedicated to developing talent in the scene and is financially supported by Endpoint, who will provide the team with bootcamp facilities and trips to multiple local LAN events in the future. The prospects will have the chance to gain experience in the main team once they have developed into well-rounded players with the necessary skillset to compete at higher levels.

Media content will be released by the organisation regularly to showcase the growth of the players and help them build their brands and platforms for the future.
"I am beyond excited to finally bring this process to a close and have my final five players," Whitey told HLTV.org. "It has been a learning process for myself and Endpoint going through these scouting stages, but it’s been amazing. We’ve not only found five players for this academy team but also learnt about the depth of talent within the UK, which I’m happy with.
"My team are unbelievably privileged to work under Endpoint for a long term project, so we can now go into a development phase for the players in the coming months. I appreciate all the support from the community thus far and I am super excited to finally work with these players very closely every day to get them to grow to that next level."
The path to pro model will also support up-and-coming UK players by using Endpoint’s UK & Ireland circuit on FACEIT to scout new talents, who will have the opportunity to make their way through the system and eventually to the main roster.
Endpoint Academy have the following roster:
Andrew "Wolfie" Allan
Richard "Richardb0b" Brierley
Kevin "vKEMPeN" Van Kempen
Benjamin "Klay" Hurst
Joe "Dexie" Demmon
George "Whitey" White (coach)
