ENCE release SADDYX
The 20-year-old becomes a free agent after representing the team in just two series.
The contract between Tuomas "SADDYX" Louhimaa and ENCE has been terminated in mutual agreement, both parties announced on Thursday, which allows the player to explore new opportunities as a free agent.
The youngster joined ENCE as a replacement for Jere "sergej" Salo in December 2020, after a successful trial during DreamHack Masters Winter 2020, but ended up without a place on the team when the organisation overhauled the roster during the winter break. "I'm still uncertain about my future, but I have many options in my mind", SADDYX said.

SADDYX lost his spot on the team when internal turmoil pushed ENCE into an international direction and the additions of Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, Lotan "Spinx" Giladi, and Paweł "dycha" Dycha. The only two remaining Finnish players on the roster are Aleksi "allu" Jalli and Joonas "doto" Forss.
ENCE General Manager Niklas "Willkey" Ojalainen explained that the contract between SADDYX and ENCE was mutually terminated as the team couldn't offer him a spot in the starting lineup and they "don't want to be an obstacle on his career moving forward".
"We hope by freeing him from his contract that he will have an easy time of finding a new team to play with in the future," "Willkey" added. "A big 'thank you' to Tuomas for being a true professional in some very challenging circumstances."
