Illuminar, PACT invited to Fantasyexpo Fall Cup; Endpoint, Sprout in regional qualifiers

The Western Europe qualifier for BLAST Premier Fall Showdown will feature eight teams — two of them from Poland.

Fantasyexpo, the Polish tournament organizer tasked with hosting one of the regional qualifiers for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, announced details regarding their upcoming Fall Cup on Thursday.

The event scheduled for September 7-9 will feature three invited teams. PACT (ranked 69th) and Illuminar (100th) have been confirmed for the tournament, while the third invite will go to "one highly ranked team from Western Europe" to be announced in the future. The remaining five spots will be filled through sub-regional, national, and open qualifiers.

The winner of the tournament will qualify for BLAST Showdown

Sprout, DBL PONEY, LDLC, and Endpoint are four top-35 teams that have been confirmed for the final stages of the French, DACH, and UK & Ireland qualifiers, while two more teams from Europe will earn spots through the Open Qualifiers.

The French qualifier will be held first, on August 27-28, with DBL PONEY, LDLC, and two teams from the open qualifiers fighting for one spot in the event.

pact and illuminar are there becouse of results from polish esport league, when teams like ago or anonymo, want to focus on esl polish championship. tournaments are organised by different organisations, and have different awards- esport league give you a slot in fantasy expo cup. winner of atumn season of esl polish championship have a slot to play in on iem katowice, which is the most important tournament for the most of polish players. from this reason some teams play only in esport league, and some play only in esl polish championship. For me situation like izakoboars will play only esport league is understandable becouse in my opinion there is a lower level of skill, and with their new lineup they can easy won it. I know that is complicated, but i can't translate that easier my friend :-)

It's invited for PLE winners, so Pact and IHG are invited. Anonymo and AGO never cared about PLE

I mean I heard that a lot of Polish teams actually start to say that PLE is better and more important than ESL MP, so maybe that's about to change.
