Grashog joins AGO
The Bulgarian in-game leader is the organisation's first non-Polish player.
Bulgarian IGL Denis "Grashog" Hristov will be joining AGO's ranks, the organisation has announced, the move coming mere days after the release of Michał "snatchie" Rudzki and Karol "rallen" Rodowicz.
Adding 22-year old Grashog marks a departure from an all-Polish roster for the first time in the AGO organisation's history. Recently he has regularly participated in the ESL Polish Championship and the Polish Esport League, representing most notably Pompa, among others.
Upon joining, Grashog spoke of his gratefulness for the opportunity:
"I'm glad that I will have the opportunity to work in an environment that gives me ideal conditions to develop as an In-Game Leader. For most of my career, I've had to build and lead teams on my own, and now I'll have the help of more experienced teammates and the entire coaching staff - thank you x-kom AGO for giving me this chance!"
The raft of changes come at the end of a mixed 9-month period for AGO, the outgoing lineup managing highs such as a top-two finish at Snow Sweet Snow 2 amongst a field including teams like NIP and Gambit, and the repeated lows of failing to qualify for top-tier events.
The current roster is as follows:
Mikołaj "miNirox" Michałków (Coach)
