G2, OG, FURIA duos among competition at Red Bull Flick 2vs2 Helsinki Invitational

Cousins Nikola "NiKo" Kovač and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač headline the list of pros set to participate in the ~$60,000 exhibition event in Finland.

Red Bull Flick 2vs2 Helsinki invitational is a pro-am tournament that will feature six duos from notable professional teams and 10 amateur pairs that qualify for the event competing for significant cash prizes in front of a Finnish crowd on November 19-21.

The organizers have unveiled the players that will be invited to the tournament, with G2 duo NiKo and huNter- accompanied by FURIA's Yuri "yuurih" Santos and Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato and Spirit's Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev and Boris "magixx" Vorobiev.

The six duos for the event have been unveiled

BIG, who will be in Hungary at the time for the V4 Future Sports Festival have signed up two players from their Academy team instead, while the fans in the Helsinki Messukeskus venue will surely be most excited for OG's Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen - Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså and ENCE's Joonas "doto" Forss - Paweł "dycha" Dycha combos.

The action will take place using a custom game mode that combines respawns, a ticket system, control points, and unique map design to provide fast-paced action.

The duos that have been confirmed for the event are as follows:

Bosnia and Herzegovina Nikola "NiKo" Kovač & Bosnia and Herzegovina Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač
Denmark Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså & Finland Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen
Poland Paweł "dycha" Dycha & Finland Joonas "doto" Forss
Germany Nico "Aqua" Kembitzky & Germany David "prosus" Hesse
Ukraine Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev & Russia Boris "magixx" Vorobiev
Brazil Yuri "yuurih" Santos & Brazil Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato

The remaining teams will be decided through the closed qualifier, set to take place online (8 spots), while one spot is reserved for a Nordics qualifier and the final one for a domestic, Finnish one.
