HLTV.org live from Budapest

HLTV.org is now live from V4 Future Sports Festival in Budapest, Hungary, to bring you coverage of the $330,000 event.

We kick things off at V4 Future Sports Festival with the play-in stage, featuring eight teams battling it out over two GSL-style groups, with the top two teams from each group making it to the main event. The opening matches will be best-of-one, with the remaining matches being best-of-three.

ONYX take on Sinners to open the event

The main event then starts on Wednesday 17 November, where the four teams that qualified from the play-in will be joining Gambit, Entropiq, BIG and Movistar Riders.

After another GSL group stage, the top three teams from each group will proceed to a best-of-three single elimination playoffs, with first place in each group going straight to the semi-finals. The event will then conclude on Sunday 21 November with a best-of-five grand final.

The opening matches today feature SINNERS taking on ONYX and AGO battling it out with eSuba in group A, whilst Fiend face Budapest Five and Enterprise match up with Wisla Krakow in group B.

Coverage of the event will be brought to you by Josip "brcho" Brtan and Arron "King Dempz" Dempsey, on photography and interviews respectively.

Let's go AGO, Let's go Wisła! This is a huge chance to show up for this teams. I'm so excited, it's so sad that one of AGO or Sinners will be eliminated in Play-In, but unfortunately it is what it is, I hope that still both Polish teams make it to the main event.

Why are the teams tier 5 and the prize pool is that high? Atleast previous years there were tier 1 teams.
