SKADE sign bubble, dream3r

The Bulgarian squad is now complete after signing the former Fiend duo.

SKADE has announced the signing of Bulgarian veterans Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov and Simeon "dream3r" Ganev to round out the squad going into the new year.

The move had been all but ready for bubble since November, when he started to play with the team as a stand-in after they released Kalin "KalubeR" Erenditsov, but the benching of Viktor "Duplicate" Mitev at the end of 2021 also opened the door for dream3r to join.

bubble will take the reins as in-game leader

The ex-Fiend duo are longtime veterans of the Bulgarian scene, playing together for long swathes of time dating all the way back to 2014 when the two were in the GPlay lineup that got signed by E-frag.net. They were last together in Fiend, a project from which they were released not long before the organization left the rest of the team out in the cold at the tail end of 2021.

The duo will meet up with a known face in Nikolay "pNshr" Paunin, who has been coaching SKADE for nearly two years and was a former player who stood in for the top Bulgarian side alongside bubble during the E-frag.net days when dream3r's VAC ban was still active before becoming a permanent member of the lineup for a short time in 2016.

The newcomers will team up with the core of youngsters already in SKADE spearheaded by Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov, who won the WESG 2018 World Finals alongside bubble, as well as Denislav "dennyslaw" Dimitrov and Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov, two of Bulgaria's upcoming talents that have been in the organization for over two years.

"I believe that we have built a really strong lineup with a lot of firepower and motivation by the youngsters," bubble said about joining the team. "Looking forward to reach new heights in 2022."

SKADE are now:

Bulgaria Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov
Bulgaria Denislav "dennyslaw" Dimitrov
Bulgaria Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov
Bulgaria Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov
Bulgaria Simeon "dream3r" Ganev

Bulgaria Nikolay "pNshr" Paunin (coach)

Bulgaria Viktor "Duplicate" Mitev (transfer-listed)

Not really. Skade played impressively for a young team, but they needed to add some experience to the mix. That's why they bought these 2 players and it's totally logic

they keep shuffling players, Fiend, Skade and Fate, they can't keep a stable lineup somehow.

It's crazy to think of all the skill Bulgaria has, but most of their talent are all awpers.
2022-01-03 19:09
1 reply
cerq, poizon, dennyslaw, h4rn, shipz is usually a lurker but picks up awp often, redstar is playing often with the awp also, spellan plays as secondary awp as well as igl and bubble used to be awper in his early days with gplay/efrag before switching to igl... so yeah, most scenes have a problem that they dont have an awper, we have the exact oppsite problem, everyone loves the big green xD
