Evil Geniuses in talks with RUSH as valde negotiations break down - Report
The Dane is expected to stay in OG after prolonged talks to join EG have cooled.
Evil Geniuses are in advanced talks to sign former OpTic, Cloud9 and Complexity rifler William "RUSH" Wierzba as negotiations for the transfer of Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså to the North American organization have not been productive, according to reports by 1pv.fr and Rush B Media.

valde had been linked with a move to the squad coached by Damien "maLeK" Marcel in late 2021 when reports came out that he and the organization were in talks over a possible transfer, but negotiations for the Danish star have since stalled.

If previous rumors surrounding Evil Geniuses come to fruition, RUSH would team up with two of his former Cloud9 teammates, Timothy "autimatic" Ta and Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, all members of the squad that won the ELEAGUE Major in Boston, where they became the first and only North American side to win Counter-Strike's most coveted trophy to date.
Signing for Evil Geniuses would give RUSH a chance at redemption after a complicated time in Complexity, the team he played for between October 2019 and September 2021, where he averaged a career-low 0.95 rating as the international squad struggled to find consistency during turbulent times caused by roster instability.

Another player from the Cloud9 Major-winning roster, Tarik "tarik" Celik, has also made headlines due to his relationship with Evil Geniuses, although going in the other direction as his ties to the Seattle-based organization came to an end when his contract expired in January after two years.
With all three American players rumored to join the team, Evil Geniuses would be:
Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte
Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov
Timothy "autimatic" Ta
Jake "Stewie2K" Yip
William "RUSH" Wierzba
Damien "maLeK" Marcel (coach)
