Evil Geniuses confirm Stewie2K signing
Timothy "autimatic" Ta and William "RUSH" Wierzba are rumored to finalize the North American roster.
Evil Geniuses have announced the signing of former Liquid member Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, unveiling the first of the three new players who will accompany Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov and Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte in the new lineup.
Over the past three months the organization parted ways with Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, Michał "MICHU" Müller, Owen "oBo" Schlatter, and Damian "daps" Steele, while bringing in a new coach in former G2 skipper Damien "maLeK" Marcel to take charge of the new project.

The final two players of the new squad under the American banner are yet to be officially revealed. However, multiple reports as well as a series of not-so-cryptic Tweets from EG CEO Nicole LaPointe Jameson link the organization with autimatic, who recently parted ways with T1 in VALORANT, and former Complexity player RUSH.
Stewie2K has been appointed the team's new in-game leader, a position he is no stranger to after calling the shots on and off over the past six years in various versions of his Cloud9 teams as well as in Liquid.
With him at the helm, Evil Geniuses will hope to recover from their poor standing in 2021 and return to the kind of heights they reached in the previous two years, when the organization claimed several international and regional titles and spent a large of that time ranked within the top five.
Evil Geniuses have so far confirmed that the following quartet are part of their lineup:
Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte
Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov
Jake "Stewie2K" Yip
Damien "maLeK" Marcel (coach)
