Rickeh departs ORDER, ekul to trial

The 30-year-old veteran leaves the Australian side after a two-year tenure.

ORDER have announced the departure of their long-time AWPer, Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland. For his replacement, the organization has decided to trial former Paradox AWPer Luke "ekul" Blakey.

Previously playing with teams such as CLG, and Complexity, Rickeh returned to play in Australia under ORDER in 2020 after a brief sabbatical. Although Renegades dominated the region in the past two years, along with a plethora of runner-up finishes ORDER secured a few trophies, including three seasons of ESEA Premier.

Rickeh is out of ORDER

His replacement, 26-year-old ekul, was last part of Paradox for a year and a half, leaving in September 2021 after the organization decided to sign the roster that previously played under the Rooster banner. In that time, ekul averaged a 1.19 rating.

He rejoins his former coach from his time in Paradox, Kobi "xertz" Wallis, with whom he spent over half a year under that banner.

ORDER now have:

Australia Karlo "USTILO" Pivac
Australia Jireh "J1rah" Youakim
Australia Matthew "Valiance" Hartrick
Australia Declan "Vexite" Portelli
Australia Luke "ekul" Blakey (trial)

Surprised Grat didn’t replace, I doubt he would be wanted anywhere else in NA or EU after the poor form he showed at EXTREME MUMS.

Weird replacement, not what the big Au teams do, usually they just recycle players or more recently look for a young up and comer. On this occasion they are instead giving a chance to an older player from the sub-top. Presumably due to the coach connection. Hopefully it works out.

+1. when i saw Paradox and AWPer in the same sentence I got confused when it wasn't Chelleos.
2022-01-28 16:09
chelleos will never play for order/rng while the current players in those teams are playing, aus cs tings (not coz he's bad chell is good awper too)

doesn't seem like rickeh was kicked looking at the replies and such, and obviously rickeh was doing well individually azr jks bntet rickeh +an entry? ekul is a good option despite the coach connection, he was owning on that old paradox roster for so long but could never get the chance to replace rickeh or sterling

are you fucking stupid? like seriously? ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID? savage is fucking terrible, literally the worst player on lfo and should be kicked, no way he will EVER join the best au team, there are players on paradox and vertex that should replace savage vexite is really good but probably too inexperienced, he should replace sico on renegades but maybe if no jkaem vexite can have a shot rickeh / eu awper jks azr bntet jkaem / vexite / just a fucking entry player
