Spirit, ECSTATIC headline Malta Vibes Knockout Series 6 team list

A total of 40 teams will compete for a $50,000 prize pool from February 7-17.

Eden Esports have announced the 40 teams that will participate in Malta Vibes Knockout Series 6, with 32 of them receiving invites to the initial single-elimination best-of-three bracket stage, from which the top eight teams will advance to a second single-elimination bracket against another eight invited sides.

The first stage of the event, which will run from February 7-12, will offer a first look at the newly-assembled Case roster helmed by Lucas "⁠steel⁠" Lopes, as well as feature a number of WePlay Academy league teams alongside the likes of Nemiga and Finest.

Spirit will make their first tournament appearance since early December

Among the teams awaiting in stage two are Spirit, who have yet to announce a complete lineup after losing three players at the end of last year, as well as ECSTATIC, AGO, and SINNERS, who were all knocked out in the top sixteen or later stage of the previous Malta Vibes Knockout Series.

As with previous Malta Vibes events, the tournament will also offer points towards the Elisa Champion of Champions circuit, which will add to a leaderboard from which the highest-scoring teams will qualify for one final offline event in the circuit.
