ENCE one step away from EPL playoffs after defeating Outsiders
Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and co. continue their great run of form and secure a 3-0 record in Group B.
ENCE are on the verge of securing a spot in the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 15 after defeating Outsiders 2-0. The Europeans gave us an entertaining game on Mirage (16-10) before securing the win on Dust2 (19-17) after a fantastic comeback on the T side.
Against all expectations, Snappi's squad continues their incredible run in Group B, building on previous victories over FaZe and Vitality. ENCE's 3-0 record could already net them a top-three spot in the group, especially after FURIA's victory against Vitality, but will need FaZe to defeat Sprout later on Friday to advance to the next stage.
This latest defeat does not remove Outsiders from playoffs contention, but definitely puts more pressure on the CIS squad with games against Vitality and Sprout ahead of them.

We were treated to a great start to the series, with ENCE running an exciting offensive half on Mirage, aggressively looking for opening frags, and always up for a fight. Evgenii "FL1T" Lebedev tried his best to make the Europeans' life difficult, going into halftime with a 21-9 K-D, limiting his team's deficit to 6-9. Olek "hades" Miskiewicz was also a force to be reckoned with, consistently finding impact for ENCE with his AWP, even converting a cracking 1v2 clutch on round 14.
Despite earning the second pistol and the following round, Outsiders were only able to claim a total of four in the second half after an uninspiring performance on the T side. to make things worse, Pavle "Maden" Bošković came alive for the defense, helping an already front running ENCE to close out the map 16-10.
Outsiders turned their form around for the second map, showing a much better offensive half, thanks in part to Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis's improved performance. Despite the CIS squad's turnaround, the game was still very competitive, with both teams clinging on until the very end, when Outsiders stole four consecutive rounds to take the T side 9-6.
The game had seemingly gone the way of Dzhami "Jame" Ali's squad after they converted the second pistol and four of the following five rounds, giving them a 14-7 advantage over ENCE. Despite this, Snappi and co. got to work, exploiting the weak defense of the A bombsite to come back all the way, locking the 15-15 and forcing overtime. Extra time saw ENCE go through their T side flawlessly before securing the 19-17 win on their last CT round, taking the series 2-0.
