Sprout add Romanian prospect lauNX
The German-Danish squad found their fifth ahead of ESL Challenger League.
Sprout have secured the signing of young Romanian prospect Laurențiu "lauNX" Țârlea, the organization announced on Twitter. The 17-year-old spent the last 12 months playing for Nexus, a Romanian squad competing in the lower tiers of the European scene.
The rifler will replace Max "Marix" Kugener after the German organization parted ways with the Luxembourgish player in early May following a poor run of form for the squad from IEM Katowice to the European RMR.

So far this year, lauNX has been the best performer for Nexus, accumulating a solid 1.15 rating 2.0 and a great 1.55 impact rating during the squad's campaigns at various Malta Vibes Knockout Series events ESEA Advanced Season 40 Europe. The Romanian squad was also able to claim trophies from regional tournaments such as ROPL Stars 2022 and Jaxi League Elite Series 2022 Finals.

"I'm super glad to be joining Sprout. I'm looking forward to making some good memories with the team, taking home some trophies, and playing in the upcoming EPL-Conference, IEM Cologne, and other tournaments alongside my new and awesome teammates as well as the coaching legend BERRY," stated lauNX on the day of his announcement.
"I'm very excited to be working with Laurențiu. I've been watching him for a while and have been amazed every time I've seen him play. I believe he is the missing puzzle piece in our lineup," added Sprout's coach, Danny "BERRY" Krüger.
The European team is set to debut during ESL Challenger League Season 41 Europe, with the squad set to tackle Group D starting on May 25.
Sprout will field the following roster:
Timo "Spiidi" Richter
Fritz "slaxz-" Dietrich
Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg
Victor "Staehr" Staehr
Laurențiu "lauNX" Țârlea
Danny "BERRY" Krüger (Coach)
