karrigan: "I'm stronger than I was in Boston and I think that showed today"
The FaZe captain reflected on his first Major victory in an interview on the stage.
Four and a half years after ELEAGUE Major 2018, Finn "karrigan" Andersen and Håvard "rain" Nygaard have found redemption following the loss they suffered at the Boston event to Cloud9 and that the in-game leader admitted haunted him for over a year after.
Immediately after hoisting the PGL Major trophy on the Sportpaleis stage, karrigan reflected on that moment when asked by James "BanKs" Banks about whether he experienced flashbacks to the Boston debacle when Inferno reached overtime, saying he has become stronger since then and highlighting the positive mindset the team employs.

"I'm stronger than I was in Boston and I think that showed today," karrigan said. "Whatever we've been through with this team, [we have] a positive mindset. We can lose a 1v5 and we can win the next round."
The FaZe captain went on to talk about fulfilling his ultimate goal before going over to enjoy the victory with his team.
"Never back down, doesn't matter how hard life hits you. All I wanted in my life is to make history, an international team to win a major, and we fucking did it in here. I'm proud to call all these my teammates and I'm just so happy where I am right now. FaZe is my family."
"Keep making history, that's what we're here for and that's why I grind CS every day."
