00NATION target six GODSENT members - report

The South American squad is looking for a complete rebuild.

00NATION is interested in signing the majority of the GODSENT roster, as well as their coaching staff ahead of a team shake-up, according to a report by Dust2.br. A few days earlier, The Enemy also reported on the possibility of a reuinion of Epitacio "⁠TACO⁠" de Melo and Marcelo "⁠coldzera⁠" David.

The latest reported move would not only result in TACO reuniting with coldzera, but he would also be joined by Bruno "⁠latto⁠" Rebelatto, Bruno "⁠b4rtiN⁠" Câmara, and Eduardo "⁠dumau⁠" Wolkmer. Alongside them, coach Olavo "⁠chucky⁠" Napoleão and assistant Alan "⁠adrrr⁠" Riveros would also make the move to the other side.

The changes would result in Vinicius "⁠vsm⁠" Moreira, Santino "⁠try⁠" Rigal, and Mario "⁠malbsMd⁠" Samayoa being moved to the bench, marking the active roster's return to a full Brazilian lineup. Meanwhile on the other side, Henrique "⁠HEN1⁠" Teles would be the last member remaining in the GODSENT squad.

TACO could be on his way to play with coldzera again

These drastic changes come after 00NATION's failure to qualify for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 following losses to Complexity, Evil Geniuses, and 9z. However, the team had struggled with consistency before their journey in the Major cycle, delivering poor results in various lower tier events in Europe. The first change came in early May as the team benched Leonardo "⁠leo_drk⁠" Oliveira after eight months in the active lineup.

According to the report, the Norwegian organization has not yet submitted an official bid for the players, and it is unclear if the deal could be completed before ESL Challenger Valencia where GODSENT are competing at the start of July. GODSENT's intentions around HEN1 are not yet known, while there is reportedly interest in try and malbsMd to return to their former organizations, 9z and TeamOne.

Luken becomes free agent after split with 9z

If the deal comes to fruition, it would mark the reunion between TACO and coldzera, a duo that was last seen competing together in 2019 for MIBR.

malbs definetely not better than anyone in godsent, to be honest. Maybe better than b4rtin, maybe...his aim is ridiculously good, but he lacks everything else, even mindset. I actually rate rox, he's a good support player, very young but doesnt care about stats and does the dirty work, but I do agree that Luken is definetely the better player atm, I still rememebr his rifling skills on Sharks was very explosive, something that 9z might need if max starts cooling off (really hope he doesnt, hes one of the LATAM players i do enjoy the most watching), I hope the coaching stuff can turn rox into a more aggressive player rather than the workhorse hes been so far

luken would be a way better entry fragger than rox, has more experience and mechanically gifted. The only thing i really don't like about rox is the lack of 1vX wins, most of the clutch situations he just makes the bad move. He's still young and could improve but for a team looking for results in the short term(9z) he needs more time, maybe a year at the academy and pickup a good entry for me the best team 9z could have right now is max(igl/entry) dgt(lurker) dav1d(support) try(awper) rcf(2nd entry)

I don't think you can break something thats already broken, 00Nation team was a good idea on paper, but it just didn't work, maybe Cold can't IGL, maybe the players don't work well together... Idk, hopefully all the players manage to find a team where they can reach their full potential , and about the godsent roster, all they did was -Hen1 (-Felps) + Cold, but is this a good idea? literally just -coldzera and any roster would be better. I don't know how he still is allowed to play competitive cs when everything he touches turns to hot garbage. His glory days have long been passed. 00nation are just throwing money with no idea how to build a cs roster. Why are there 2 igls and no awp. If they want this roster to work replace cold with try and it might actually be competent.
