paiN starting five set with zevy and skullz
The move for Romeu "zevy" Rocco is reported to have cost the Brazilian organization around $325,000€.
paiN is back to a full five after parting ways with Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato — who signed with O PLANO — and moving Gabriel "nython" Lino to the bench, as the Brazilian squad is now reinforced with the additions of zevy and Felipe "skullz" Medeiros.

The transfer didn't come cheap for paiN, however, as the organization had to pay a hefty 325,000€ according to Dust.com.br for the 21-year-old Sharks AWPer, as well as another unknown transfer fee for skullz, who joins from ODDIK.

paiN, who have been hovering around the top 20-30 positions in the world ranking for the majority of 2022, will hope that the signing of two hard-shooting youngsters with room to progress will give the team the extra boost needed to break through into the top 20.
zevy posted a 1.17 rating during his time in Sharks between March 2021 and August 2022, and currently sits at a spectacular 1.38 in the past two months, albeit with only 12 maps played. skullz also has impressive numbers to his name in the last three months, the 20-year-old averages a 1.19 rating across 40 maps played.
It now remains to be seen how the duo, who have mostly competed within the confines in Brazil so far, will adapt outside of their borders as paiN have carved a spot in the international circuit, such as the coming DreamHack Melbourne on September 2-4. Before traveling to Australia, they'll remain in South America for the duration of the Road to Rio RMR open qualifiers.
