NKT revamp roster with BnTeT, Senzu
The international Asian team now once again fields a full roster.
NKT have revamped their roster with the signings of Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand and Munkhbold "Senzu" Azbayar, the organization announced on Saturday.
The incoming duo will replace Krit "Kntz" Chaiprasit and Gan-Erdene "dobu" Batbold on the active roster. NKT has now replaced four members in under six months, leaving Hyun-Pyo "XigN" Lee as the only player to keep his place on the lineup from the first half of the year.
The changes come after NKT's failure in both the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Asia Closed Qualifier, where they placed second after a loss to IHC, and a disappointing 4th place finish in ESL Challenger League Season 42 Asia-Pacific.

BnTeT is the poster boy of Asian Counter-Strike, making his name throughout his first stint in TYLOO during 2017-2020. His performances earned him a move to first Gen.G and later EXTREMUM, but both teams failed to reach the heights expected of them. He then returned to Asia for a second stint in TYLOO earlier this year but ended up being released in September. The Indonesian rifler was then on the lookout for a new team and recently tried out for Apeks as IGL, but has now found a permanent home back in his home region.
Senzu joins the team from Mazaalai after completing a month-long trial. The 16-year-old was Mazaalai's highest-rated player with a 1.08 rating in ESL Challenger League Season 42 Asia-Pacific, despite the Mongolian team not winning a map in the tournament.
With the move, NKT will hope to once again contend for the No. 1 spot in Asia after recently falling behind the likes of IHC and Wings Up.
NKT's roster is now:
Erdenetsogt "erkaSt" Gantulga
Hyun-Pyo "XigN" Lee
Yesuntumur "nin9" Gantulga
Munkhbold "Senzu" Azbayar
Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand
