forZe complete ESL Pro League Season 17 team list
The Russian team have earned the last spot in ESL's flagship league.
forZe secured the final spot in ESL Pro League Season 17 through the lower bracket of the European Conference division on Saturday, defeating Endpoint 2-1 to join Eternal Fire and SAW on the list of teams confirmed for the event in Malta.

Andrey "Jerry" Mekhryakov's men had their first chance to secure a Pro League berth foiled by SAW in the upper bracket, and were left with no choice but to win two more best-of-threes to earn the final spot on offer in the 32-team league. The Russian team first fought past Falcons, defeating the Frenchmen in a relatively one-sided 2-0 series, but faced much more contention in their qualifying match against Endpoint.

forZe recovered from a slow start on Ancient and ended up narrowly securing victory on the map, but failed to capitalize on that momentum on their own map pick of Overpass, dropping a 12-8 lead as Endpoint claimed a win to force a Mirage decider. There, forZe showed tenacity by recovering from 2-9 and 9-13 scorelines, narrowly clinching victory 16-13 to scrape together a win in the series and earn their spot in Pro League.
The team are the last to qualify for ESL's flagship league, joining those invited through ESL's world ranking, teams who qualified through regional Conference tournaments, and the 15 Louvre Agreement partners. The complete list of teams that will head to Malta for ESL Pro League Season 17 is:
