Into the Breach sign new roster featuring Thomas
The British organization returns to the CS:GO scene after almost two months on the sidelines.
Into the Breach have announced their brand-new roster ahead of their 2023 season with the acquisition of Orgless Heroes's lineup. Cai "CYPHER" Watson will be the only returning player from the previous squad, and will be joined by the British duo of Sebastian "volt" Maloș and Thomas "Thomas" Utting while Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel previously from Endpoint, and Polish rifler Karol "rallen" Rodowicz round out the team.
The UK-based organization released its British-Swedish roster featuring Alfred "RuStY" Karlsson and William "draken" Sundin in December following a series of disappointing results over the last three months of 2022. The new lineup is composed of several recognizable names from the British scene as Into the Breach aim to compete for trophies in their domestic scene and in Europe.

CYPHER originally joined Into the Breach in June 2021 and represented the organization for the next 16 months before being released late in 2022. The 20-year-old briefly remained with his previous teammates at ex-Into the Breach and continued with the British core as Into the Bin before moving to Orgless Heroes alongside Thomas.
Thomas also represented Into the Breach, but as a stand-in, before the squad decided to join forces with draken and RuStY last summer. The British rifler failed to find a permanent home in the following months, representing Endpoint, Monte, and cowana all before the end of the year.
rallen was in a similar situation as Thomas after struggling to find a stable organization to represent in 2022, playing for several European teams such as MAD Lions, Monte, and TITANS without much success. The experienced rifler will be hoping to put his journeyman career behind him with his new chapter alongside the new Into the Breach.

volt has recently become a free agent after his release from fnatic Rising in January, which ended the 21-year-old's eight-month tenure in the black-and-orange's academy roster. To round up the roster will be CRUC1AL, a familiar face in the British scene that spent more than two years on Endpoint's active lineup.
The quintet has been competing together since the turn of the year at the qualifiers for CCT West Europe Series 1 and European Development Championship 7. The British core secured wins over NAVI Junior and ALTERNATE aTTaX in online matches, but has yet to compete in any of the established circuits in the European tier-two scene.
"We are more than happy to announce that we are finally back in the UK CS:GO Scene, even though it took a bit longer than expected, with a new but also experienced lineup," commented Into the Breach's CS:GO Manager, Marvin "Punico" Matthes. "It is our goal to win as many domestic but also international tournaments as possible to bring UK CS:GO to the Top."
Into the Breach are now:
Thomas "Thomas" Utting
Sebastian "volt" Maloș
Cai "CYPHER" Watson
Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel

Gustavo "Juve" Alexandre (coach)
