peacemaker joins TeamOne as coach
The Brazilian tactician returns to a head coach position after six months of inactivity.
TeamOne have announced the signing of journeyman Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu as their new head coach. The 34-year-old has been without a team since August when he departed Imperial to make way for Lincoln "fnx" Lau. Since then, he has joined the broadcast team at the IEM Rio Major and IEM Katowice.
peacemaker replaces Joaquin "lokomotioN" Abasolo in the role and will look to improve TeamOne with some of the experience he acquired when coaching European teams such as Complexity, MAD Lions, and Heroic.

The news comes after a mixed 2023 for the Brazilian-majority squad, with the team hovering around the No. 40 spot in the World Rankings. TeamOne failed to make an impact on international competition in 2022, as they missed out on the Rio Major and placed last at ESL Challenger Rotterdam. They did achieve success playing domestically in NA, placing 3rd in the ESL Challenger League Season 43 while also reaching the semi-finals of Fragadelphia 17.
The coaching change comes before the roster starts their ESL Challenger League Season 44 North America campaign, with TeamOne currently not yet confirmed at any other events.
TeamOne are now:
Pedro "Maluk3" Campos
Victor "iDk" Torraca
Alencar "trk" Rossato
Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa
Matheus "pesadelo" Panisset
Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu (coach)
