ECLOT go international with anarkez signing
The Israeli AWPer officially joins the squad after previously acting as a stand-in.
ECLOT have formally announced the addition of Guy "anarkez" Trachtman to their starting lineup. The Israeli joins the roster on a permanent basis after previously standing in for the squad since the middle of January.
anarkez's signing also marks the beginning of an international pivot for ECLOT, becoming the first player outside of Czechia and Slovakia to sign with the organisation since their inception in 2015.

anarkez's last proper venture was during his stint with Finest, where he spent just over a year with the organisation until the two parties mutually parted ways in August 2022. The Israeli AWPer established himself as one of the team's most impactful players in that time, leading the way with a 1.13 rating and powering his side to first-place finishes in both ESEA Advanced Season 38 and Pinnacle Cup IV.
ECLOT, on the other hand, will be looking to their new recruit to help the squad reach the next level of their game. The Czech ensemble have enjoyed modest success in recent times, a 5-8th place campaign through CCT Central Europe Series 4 in December being the highlight, and currently sit just shy of a top 50 placing on the world ranking.
"During the season we managed to make good progress and gained lots of experience. To build upon the progress from last year, we have decided to make a change in the AWP spot," the organisation said to HLTV.org in a statement. "In anarkez, we see a strong and determined player who has the necessary attributes and experience to help the team achieve even better results and reach the top 30.
"We are targeting the international market as the selection within our scene is not exactly diverse in terms of ready-made players. There is not yet enough structure within the youth to work and develop talent, but we are actively working on that."
"I had some other offers over the past six months from tier 2-3, but it didn’t work out with a lot of stuff behind the scenes," anarkez added. "I just wanted to come back playing in a team and in a new home, so I’m really happy I got the chance to finally play."
ECLOT now have the following lineup:
Filip "K1-FiDa" Dvořák
Vít "nbqq" Pohlot
Vojtěch "Valencio" Mydlář
Martin "Dytor" Handl
Guy "anarkez" Trachtman
Miloš "Dzejky" Frčo (coach)
Lukáš "capseN" Koláčný (inactive)
