ESL Impact Season 3 team list and groups finalized
All three regional qualifiers have come to an end, completing the team list for the female league's online portion.
The ESL Impact League Season 3 team list has been finalized after the culmination of the respective European, South American, and North American qualifiers. All participants from each region are now known, with the EU league containing 12 teams, while the SA and NA leagues will feature eight each.
The third edition of the women's Counter-Strike league will be played out online between March 8-April 16 across Europe, North America, and South America, with $9,000 on offer in each region's online stage. The culmination of the season will be the global LAN finals, which will be played at DreamHack Dallas on June 2-4, where the eight best teams from the online season are set to compete for the lion's share of a $150,000 prize pool.

The European Online Stage team list features some of the most dominant names in the scene, with ESL Impact Katowice 2023 grand finalists Nigma Galaxy and NAVI Javelins headlining the list. Four teams came through the two open qualifiers, with Zainab "zAAz" Turkie and Julia "juliano" Kiran's We Run This Place team among them in what marks the duo's return to Counter-Strike.
The European region will be played in a round-robin Bo3 format, with the teams divided into two groups of six each. The winners of each group advance directly to the LAN Finals, while the second-placed teams from each group proceed to the Play-In Stage, where they will battle for the region's third Finals spot.
The European team list is as follows:

The South American and North American groups will be played in a slightly different format, with all teams playing each other twice in the group stage. Another difference to the EU region comes in the number of teams, meaning the groups will consist of four teams each.
Teams in each of the Americas regions will fight for two playoff spots, which will be decided between the top two teams of each group in a single elimination playoff bracket.
