ECSTATIC replace Cabbi with Nodios
The change follows in the wake of the team's unsuccessful bid to qualify for the BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR.
ECSTATIC have announced the addition of former Tricked rifler Magnus "Nodios" Olsen to their roster. The 23-year-old joins the team in place of Casper "Cabbi" Jensen, who has been moved to the bench after just seven months with the organization.
Nodios averaged a 1.05 rating over 171 maps while a part of Tricked, a slight but insignificant increase in performance over Cabbi, who averaged a 1.02 rating over the last eight months (and a marginally better 1.05 rating in the past month).

The change comes at a curious moment for ECSTATIC, following less than a week after they qualified for ESL Challenger Melbourne with wins over Sprout, Aurora, FORZE, and HONORIS in the closed qualifier.
The organization cited the team's failure to qualify for the BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR, and therefore the Major, as the primary reason for making a change.
Nodios becoming available for a free transfer made the decision to swap players easier, with ECSTATIC COO Jeppe Taggatz Jensen adding that "everyone following the Danish scene are aware of his skills, so naturally, we are very excited that Nodios is joining our team. We believe he will be an important piece in getting our team to the next level."
ECSTATIC are now:
Marcus "maNkz" Kjeldsen
Jonas "Queenix" Dideriksen
Tobias "kraghen" Kragh Jensen
Jason "salazar" Salazar
Magnus "Nodios" Olsen
Casper "Cabbi" Jensen (benched)
