Nigma Galaxy, NAVI Javelins qualify for ESL Impact League S3 Finals

The ESL Impact Katowice grand finalists topped their respective groups with relative ease.

Nigma Galaxy and NAVI Javelins have secured spots at the ESL Impact Season 3 Finals that will take place from June 2-4 in Dallas, Texas, USA after topping their groups in the online season of the European division.

The two-time Impact League champions suffered a small setback in Group A as they fell in 0-2 fashion to NIP Impact, ending a 38-series winstreak in the women's circuit that dated back to January 2022 following the addition of Katarína "⁠Kat⁠" Vašková. That was the only loss that Nigma Galaxy ended up receiving, however, and they swept past the remainder of the opposition to top their group with a 4-1 record.

NAVI Javelins continued their strong run of form from the start of the year by dominating their own group, dropping just one map to G2 Oya and often holding opponents to single-digit rounds on the maps they won. The Polish side look like fierce contenders to finally take a trophy away from Nigma Galaxy, who don't look quite as unbeatable as they did last year.

Either BIG EQUIPA or 9 Pandas Fearless will join the above pair at the LAN finals. The teams are set to face off in a third-place decider match for the last spot from the European division, while a total of four spots will be split evenly between the winners of the South American and North American decider matches.

FURIA fe and B4 fe both went flawless in their groups in South America and will face off against Black Dragons fe and MIBR fe, respectively, for spots at the Finals. The North American Impact league unfolded in similar fashion, with Detonate SparX not dropping a map in Group B, and ex-CLG Red only conceding one map loss en route to claiming 6-0 records. The former team are up against Shimmer for a spot at the Impact Finals, while the latter have EG Gold standing in their way.
