Sashi revamp roster with MSL and aizy
Sashi had only signed a new squad in January, but have decided to rebuild again.
Sashi have announced a new roster featuring headline names Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen and Philip "aizy" Aistrup, who played together in squads like North and most recently NtK. Thomas "LUMSEN" Søhus Larsen, also previously of NtK, Mathias "Maccen" Madsen and Mikkel "n1Xen" Borlund round out the team.
It was only in January that Sashi signed a new lineup, the most recognizable name being Benjamin "brzer" Jensen who attended last year’s IEM Road to Rio Europe RMR with ECSTATIC. The only HLTV-recorded matches the roster participated in were for the CCT North Europe Series 4 closed qualifier, where they suffered two 0-2 defeats against GenOne and ECSTATIC.

They also competed in ESEA Advanced Season 44, but their 6-8 record in the regular season resulted in them missing out on playoffs.
n1Xen is the one member of the previous roster who remains in Sashi. aizy, MSL and LUMSEN arrive from NtK, where the trio had been participating in tournaments such as the open qualifiers for CCT events and Elisa Invitational Spring Contenders, without much success. The squad had recorded a single best-of-three win in 2023 over Konoha.
The final member, Maccen, last played a HLTV-recorded match in 2021 for OPAA. He had a short stint on CEPTER in 2022, but did not feature in a match for the squad on HLTV.
aizy and MSL are by the far the most storied players on this new-look Sashi roster, having won several DreamHack Open trophies together in 2017 and 2018 and most impressively DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018, an event which featured eight of the world top 10 at the time. MSL also took the MVP award at the latter.
The duo have made several attempts to play together in the years since their time in North in 2020, but teams like South and Tokyo Revengers never achieved much success and folded very quickly after their inception.
Sashi are now:
