The duo could make the jump to the Russian team ahead of the fall season.

electroNic and Perfecto could change yellow for blue this summer

Cloud9 would be looking to strike a deal with Natus Vincere for Denis "⁠electroNic⁠" Sharipov and Ilya "⁠Perfecto⁠" Zalutskiy, according to a report from Dexerto.

It had previously been reported that Natus Vincere are in the process of going international after the summer break with players like Mihai "⁠iM⁠" Ivan, Justinas "⁠jL⁠" Lekavicius and Aleksi "⁠Aleksib⁠" Virolainen on the shortlist, which would leave room for the likes of electroNic and Perfecto to move after Andrii "⁠npl⁠" Kukharskyi was reportedly benched.

The report does not indicate directly how this will affect Cloud9, although it mentions a tweet from harumi of the possibility of it being in place of Kazakh duo Timur "⁠buster⁠" Tulepov and Abay "⁠HObbit⁠" Khassenov, which could help boost a team that showed much promise but has largely failed to make a dent amongst the top of the top, going so far as to miss out on the last CS:GO Major.

electroNic's possible move raises the question of leadership, as he turned to it when Kirill "⁠Boombl4⁠" Mikhailov was benched from NAVI in the summer of 2022. The four-time top 10 player in the world's stats dipped since taking the new job but he still remains a strong individual performer while calling, well above average for an IGL with a 1.11 rating so far in 2023.

I do not think me doing good or bad against pros has any reasonable relations to Nafany being extremely volatile as both a player or an IGL. Because that's on him and no one else. But sure, whatever works in your mind. When it comes to stats I am better than most because I studied geodesy/measurement and stats are a huge part of that. So yeah, chances are that I am better at developing and using stats in a proper way, again, simple math checks out because most people struggle with high school math and I went trough college.... yoloing somewhere after 20 seconds in the round does not always count as a realistic opening attempt. It's a first duel, but most of his duels are done when it's 5v5 and too early in the round to make any space making decisions because his team is defaulting and not in position to benefit from those madlad actions. Even if he wins duels it does not have an impact. You can't be as effective as a space maker if your average lifespan is 30 seconds.

yes, C9 management does not recruit trough official channels but instead looks at the worst cesspool of comments known to mankind and selects those who can read the math. Which you can't, Nafany plays the most aggressive positions and is always yoloing. I would argue his opening success is inflate with anti-eco rounds. Also it means than more than half the times C9 will play 4v5 after 20-30 seconds into the round, and less than half the time C9 will play 4v4 because Nafany will just die after that opening kill. Nafany is so far away and always untradeable by his team mates, but at the same time making it easy for opponents to get him after his opening kill. Point being that you reading that stat says almost nothing unless there's a context to it. Just like saying baitF is agro player cause he has some % opening duels - man only opens in anti-ecos. Same here, Nafany plays a lose-lose kind of game and if Striker was open to say just how silly that is then I doubt anyone can reasonably disagree.
