BLAST Fall Showdown schedule announced

G2, ENCE, and Cloud9 will all compete for just one spot at the Fall Final.

The IEM Cologne champions face some stiff competition in the Showdown

BLAST has revealed the schedule for their upcoming Showdown events, which will be split between the Americas and Europe, take place online from October 4-8, and feature a total of 16 teams competing for two spots at the BLAST Premier Fall Final.

The two Showdowns will play out concurrently on a rolling schedule, with three matches taking place each day. The European tournament will kick off things with BIG vs. 9INE and ENCE vs. Victory Zigzag back-to-back, followed by a game between Imperial and TheMongolz in the Americas.

The remaining two EU quarter-finals, Cloud9 vs. Movistar Riders and G2 vs. OG, take place the following day, with Liquid vs. Forsaken closing out the day.

An all-American brawl between Complexity and Evil Geniuses and an all-Brazilian battle between FURIA and Fake Natty round out the opening Americas matches, with both games following after the first EU quarter-final.

The second EU semi-final and both Americas semi-finals will play out on October 7, with the final day of the event being reserved for the grand final of both Showdowns.

they qualified for an American Showdown they are allowed to only play American showdown, unless they want 150ping they should go back to USA

Doesn't matter, all the teams in the Americas qualifier are from America besides themongolz. you can't just let them participate in the European qualifier just cuz they happen to be in EU in that time... Qualifiers are Regional and as I said, all teams are from America besides TheMongolz
